What you need to know before your appointment:

• The IV bar is by appointment only.
• A complete health history will need to be completed prior to treatment.
• No patients with end-stage kidney disease, heart failure and liver failure.
• A list of all current medications, vitamins, and supplements must be provided.
• Patients over the age of 50 will need electrocardiogram (EKG) clearance and a basic metabolic panel (BMP) prior to IV treatment which can be done in the office.
• Vitals will be obtained prior to infusion (abnormal vitals may restrict your ability to receive treatment).
